The Music Ministry of First Baptist Biloxi exists to help and encourage individuals and groups develop as worship leaders.  We have opportunities for special seasonal events, mission trips, recording CD's and much more.

  

Choirs and ensembles offer both students and adults the opportunity to lead in worship. Throughout the year, we strive to encourage people by providing opportunities for them to use and develop their voices for a clearly defined purpose: to honor and worship God.

 

Adult Choirs and Praise Teams Our Adult Worship Choir leads in corporate worship services and special seasonal events.

 

The VIP Choir (ages 50+) sings for special services and participates in special senio adult choir activities.  Rehearsals are Wednesdays after the noon prayer time & luncheon.

  

Youth Music Our Student Choir (grades 7-12) rehearses after the Sunday evening service at 6:00.  The choir presented a Dinner Theater this past Spring and is participating in a mission choir tour this summer.

Children's Music (grades 1-6) groups meet from September-May on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

 

Instrumental It’s not so much about the sound of an instrument, but rather the heart of the musician. So whether you’re a novice or a professional, you’ll have opportunities to rehearse with and learn from other musicians who share your desire and passion to play. Our orchestra rehearses most Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m.

 

PRAISE BELLS Praise Bells rehearse from September-May on Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 a.m.   The Praise Bells play for worship services and seasonal events.
